Haryana contributed four gold medals for India at the Paralympics 2024 as the medalists are spread across 13 states and UT of the country.

Indian Paralympic contingent recorded a historic campaign at the 2024 Paris Paralympics with 29 medals including seven gold, nine silver, and 13 bronze.
India finished 18th in the medal tally in terms of gold medals won and 16th in terms of overall medals won.
The 84-member strong Indian contingent trumped the Tokyo Paralympics by a large margin as India had won 19 medals in the 2020 edition.
The 2024 edition saw Tokyo gold medalists such as Avani Lekhara (Shooting) and Sumit Antil (Javelin Throw) defend their titles while Nitesh Kumar (Para Badminton), Navdeep (Javelin Throw), Harvinder Singh (Para Archery), Dharambir Nain (Club Throw), and Praveen (High Jump) emerged as the new Paralympic champions for India.

- 13 states and UTs have contributed to India's historic medal haul.
- Haryana is the leader with eight medalists, Tamil Nadu takes the second spot with four medalists, and Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh third with three.
- Haryana contributed most in the gold medals department winning four out of seven gold.

Tamil Nadu (Four medalists): Nithya Sre Sivan, Thulasimathi Murugesan, Manisha Ramadass, Mariyappan Thangavelu.
Rajasthan (Three medalists): Avani Lekhara, Mona Agarwal, Sundar Singh Gurjar.
Uttar Pradesh (Three medalists): Simran Sharma, Preethi Pal, Ajeet Singh.
Jammu & Kashmir (Two medalists): Sheetal Devi, Rakesh Kumar
Madhya Pradesh (Two medalists): Rubina Francis, Kapil Parmar
Maharashtra: Sachin Khilari
Himachal Pradesh: Nishad Kumar
