The upcoming T10 Super League is a first of its kind tournament in India as it looks to bring the 10-over a side format to the nation. Over the next two weeks, eight teams will battle it out in 56 league games playing two round-robin matches each, with the top four sides advancing to the next round.

Day 1 of the edition will begin with Power Giants taking on Panther Heroes, following which the remaining sides will take the field as well.

Power Giants vs Panther Heroes, 11 AM

Predicted XI

Panther Heroes: Rajat Singh (capt), Hardeep Singh, Mohit Singh, Aman Singh (wk), Uttam Daga, Saksham Singh, Salvin Stanley, Rohit Khichard, Dhruv Khandelwal, Dhananjay Tiwari, Anuj Kumar

Power Giants: Abhishek Yadav, Prashant Yadav (wk), Bhavesh Sharma, Manohar Singh, Devesh Agarwal, Aditya Pratap, Ashutosh Dagar, Ayush Vashisth, Aryan Yadav, Aditya Jhala, Vikas Nagar

My Team11 Fantasy team:

Aman Singh is also the opener in the side and can fetch vital points with both bat and the gloves, which makes him an important fantasy pick.

Bhavesh Sharma, Ayush Vashisth and Devesh Agarwal will lead the batting attack for Giants. While Sharma has represented a number of U-19 camps and is the opener, his partner Vashisth is an aggressive player who has turned out for Rajasthan in a number of U-19 matches. Agarwal is the highest run-getter for Rajasthan in U-19 and will have the onus of leading the unit.

All-rounder Rajat Singh is one of the most experienced players in the competition, having played a number of zonal tournaments with players like Deepak Chahar and Ajay Mirariya. The right arm-leg spinner will be eager to lead from the front. Vikas Nagar, Aditya Jhala and Abhishek Yadav will all be expected to make full use of the flat conditions on offer

Uttam Daga can be a real threat as he has the ability to bowl both the off-spins and the leg-breaks with ease. Anuj Kumar, the right arm pacer, can also pitch in with the bat when needed. He has a high score of 164, which is evidence of his skills. Dhananjay Tiwary will have the responsibility of leading the pace attack. He can bowl at 135kmph and will be eager to pick early wickets.

Hurricane Masters vs Ultimate Legends, 4pm

Predicted XI

Hurricane Masters: Keshav Didwaniya (capt), Manendra Singh (wk), Bharat Sharma, Mohit Gupta, Vijay Meena, Ajay Yadav, Sachin Singhal, Ajay Beniwal, Tejendra Vishnoi, Akshat Mehta, Pankaj Yadav

Ultimate Legends: Shardha (capt), Narpat, Bharat, Vijay, Raja (wk), Subham, Arvind, Sameer, Sachin, Rana, Monty

My Team11 Fantasy Team:

Raja is one of the most athletic players in the team and will have the onus of scoring quick runs in the middle order. Manendra scored a ton in his debut Ranji Trophy game in the 2019-20 season and is a player with plenty of confidence.

Rana is an aggressive player in the middle order, who can turn things around in just a few deliveries, and his big hits will be crucial to the team’s chances. Ajay Beniwal and Tejendra Vishnoi will have the responsibility of playing maturely in the middle overs and lay a foundation for the batters to follow.

Sachin was the Player in the Tournament in the Aravali Cup, where he scored 450 runs and scalped 19 wickets, and he will be eager to carry his form forward. Shardha is one of the most experienced players in the Legends side, having played for Rajasthan in Ranji Trophy as well as in the Syed Mushtaq Ali tournament. Pankaj Yadav is a right-arm seamer who can score runs for fun in the last few overs.

Mohit Gupta and Vinay Meena will be the two key bowlers for the team. Both can bowl over 135kmph consistently and have plenty of variations as well, which make them big threats. Monty is a left-armer who has played for the state in Rajasthan Under-19 and will be keen to make his mark here.

Sixers Blasters vs Desert Spartans, 8pm

Predicted XI

Sixers Blasters: Shubham Sharma, Anuj Meena, Mahesh Singh, Manish Goswami, Lokesh Khandal, Hemendra Jodha, Sunil Kumar, Vikas Meena, Rajveer Singh, Saket Sharma, Dharmendra Singh

Desert Spartans: Hitesh, Pardeep, Dharamveer, Himanshu, Suryansh, Abid Khan, Harsh, Mohit Singh, Karan Lamba, Ankit Soni, Rahul Garg

My Team11 Fantasy Team:

Manish Goswami is an experienced star, who has been playing professionally for the last seven years.

Mahesh Singh is one of the most exciting talents in the competition and has the skill to play for an IPL team in the next couple of years. Harsh and Himanshu are two exciting young guns who will be eager to impress and leave a mark in the T10 Super League.

Lokesh Khandal can be effective with his right-arm off-spin bowling while Shubham Sharma will be the player to watch out for. He had an outstanding Ranji season this year, picking up more than 20 wickets and will be expected to raise his game. Rajveer Singh is the skipper of the side and will want to lead from the front. Abid Khan opens the batting, which will allow him the full quota of overs to make an impact. He is a handy left-arm pacer as well.

Vikas Meena was a part of the Under-19 Mumbai team. He can easily touch 140kmph and can get the new ball to talk under the lights. Mohit Singh will lead the bowling attack and his left-arm bowling is sure to upset the rhythm of the youngsters in the rival camp. Hitesh’s left-arm spin will be effective on a track that would have received enough wear and tear during the day.
